    Dash, gutted

We removed instruments and 8-track tape deck. Just about everything there was junk.

    Junk

This is what we've torn out so far. Mostly trash, rotted wooden seats, and the floor.

    Seats and floor gone

Tore everything out except the frame for the seats. As soon as I have time to cut the rusted bolts out, it's gone too.

    Windshield is gone

This was tougher to take off than I figured it would be... but we got it.

    New support frames

Since I have a lot of work to do on the trailer, we built some frames to hold up the boat. Once I get the whole project in better order, I'll move it to a garage, and put wheels on the frames.

    Misc Parts

Here are some of the metal parts we removed that I intend to keep. Included are: 3 rubber treads (from the bow) with metal frames; a cool looking horn, 2 MFG logos that match the treads; a rear-view mirror; the red-green light; and a bucket of misc cleats and loops, etc.

    Neat Cleat

I love the look of these old cleats. I only have 1, unfortunately, but I'd love to find some more.

    MFG Logos

I need to figure out how to re-cast these logos. The plastic/rubber/whatever is cracked, and in overall bad shape. The boat cannot be completed until I figure this out.
