I'm pleased to see more states standing up to federal authority. Laws like Montana's Firearms Freedom Act and California's Prop. 19 may not stand up against federal regulation due the the supremacy clause. Still, if enough states start down this path, eventually there will be standoffs (hopefully in Congress or the Supreme Court) and over time states rights have a decent chance to win out.
