Question: "what is considered high capacity magazines in florida"
Answer: ONE MILLION!!! If you have a magazine that holds ONE MILLION rounds, someone might raise an eyebrow. See this post.
Florida has no laws regarding the use of neutered, standard, or extended capacity magazines. The reason is because there is no point to a law like that. It won't lower crime. It won't make criminals less deadly. It will only force citizens to use non-standard components in their firearms.
Also, unlike some state legislatures, ours has better things to do... like outlawing sales of cat pelts. |
